"After 12 hours on the road, we showed up to our pre-booked room and nobody was at the front desk. We waited about 20 minutes for a receptionist to show before having to look for somewhere else to stay for the night. Do NOT recommend if traveling."

"The staff is wonderful. It is a comfort walking in after a long day at the hospital & being asked how my day was & how my family member was doing. Rooms are clean & the outside entrances makes coming & going throughout the day so easy. Also being able to open the windows is a huge plus."

"It was difficult to find my room because there were two buildings and the staff didn’t tell me which one it was in. The scrambled eggs were good, but hot food wasn’t out for breakfast half the mornings making breakfast inconsistent."

"The property was neat and clean but in bad need of an update. Bathroom had cracked plaster and a stained old toilet. The tub surround was poorly fitted and the tub needed replaced. It worked for one night, but I won't be running right back my next trip through the area."

"We liked staying right in town with our two dogs, having an excellent restaurant on-site with an outdoor patio where we ate for both our dinner and breakfast with our dogs. Parking in garage adjacent to hotel was very convenient. We would stay again."

"The property was quaint and clean. It was a great value. The beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet."

"Property was outdated and very dirty. Room floors were greasy and very noisy. Pool and hot tub area were somewhat clean but you had to go ask for towels at front desk. Breakfast was a joke. It said it had fruit and yogurt but you had to ask staff for it and they were reluctant to put it out. It says it a Wyndham property but it’s operated by a third party and that was evident. I have kids and it’s not the property fault, but the clientele that we experienced were oblivious to their kids...

"We had a very nice overnight stay. The staff were friendly and professional. The bed was comfortable, lots of nice pillows too.The only issue, the shower head head had a crack in it and some of the decore needed to be fixed up especially around the tv. Other than that, I would recommend this hotel to a friend. It is convenient to many Hershey attractions. "

"The new owners are definitely putting money back into the property the right way! Keep up with the upgrades you guys are bringing back a place that was rundown. Our room had new flooring, no more nasty carpets, new jacuzzi tub, new tile. It smelled sterile when we opened the door. The outdoor lounge areas are a nice touch for smokers."
