"We needed a place to stay for the night and this hotel accommodated that need. Bathroom had black mold on the ceiling and instead of removal the hotel choose to paint over it with white paint but it was still very visible. Left a musty smell in the room if you left the bathroom door open. Would not stay again."

"Immidiately overwhelmed by the smell of curry and incense when I walked in. Staff was helpful enough to get me checked in but nothing beyond that. Room was fine (obviously it's cheap so you get what you pay for). Shower was gross looking so I skipped that. Overall the hotel was barely worth the $80 I spent but I had no other choice."

"My husband booked this hotel based on the reviews and pictures.When we arrived in Williamstown,The Americas Best hotel was shockingly dumpy.The pictures DID NOT MATCH the reality.I couldn't believe that it was the same place I booked online.My husband and my jaws dropped! "We only stayed at the property one night and because of a delayed flight didn’t get to the property till 11pm. Check in was easy, our room was good, we enjoyed the breakfast and then we were off. My only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that they were finishing some remodeling downstairs and the paint smell was strong and I tend to get migraines from those kind of smells. I kept my hand over my nose & mouth to prevent one. We picked that property for its closeness to the Ark Encounter."
