"We loved everything about the Gainsborough, the staff were very helpful, the Spa was brilliant, the room was clean and today, also the maid was very polite and helpful. We were also upgraded to the Gainsborough suite as we mentioned it was our 25th anniversary so this was a plenty surprise, the hotel went above and beyond as they laid on a complementary fridge of drinks, a bottle of wine and a big box of Bath cheeses. Truly wonderful stay - thank you we come again."

Only disappointment was the lack of staff behind the bar at a large part only 3 staff to serve waited 30 mins to buy a drink and staff were rude and unorganised for that I would give the bar 1 star from 5 "
