"Friendly and helpful staff!"

"I would never stay here again. They had to issue two sets of earplugs (still not enough) and should gave added eye coverings for all the light in the room (12 little lights and blackout curtains dud nit work). Slamming doors, construction across the street, sirens, loud patrons on the floor… ear plugs were not sufficient. I travel 200,000 miles a year and have seen the best and worst. Checking in was confusing. Me and three other new guests stood in the lobby trying to figure out where and how...

"Booked two rooms for daughter and friends prom to dress and an overnight stay close to the venue. Valet parking is pricey at $50 per night per car. Common area furnishings look a little tired. Photos in hotel interior are prohibited even if you are a guest staying at the hotel. Staff do enforce this and are not friendly when they do. Smell of marijuana present in lobby was pretty strong. This place has unique interior features and could be amazing with some work."

"I came for a convention and didn't have a choice on the hotel. I was pretty happy with the overall experience. Yes, there were a LOT of people here, and yes, it was noisy and loud in the common area, but I can't blame that on the hotel. The building is older, and noise from next door comes through easily as well - I can hear people scream and laugh. But the staff is pretty responsive so I'm not going to complain.
