We’re coming back to this hotel every time we visiting Wroclaw. The staff is always nice and welcome. Breakfast is excellent. Very clean room.

Really friendly staff, good English as well. Room was tidy, nice and comfortable - bathroom clean, spacious and modern. Breakfast was ample and of good quality. Overall the impression was very positive and the price reasonable - I definitely recommend this hotel

Breakfast and parking included in room rate. Hotel restaurant was nice have on site. Public transit bus stop a few minutes away that will get you into the city.

I would not call this premium, but it was very nice. Clean, well-maintained rooms. Has A/C. As a backpacker, I was disappointed that there is no laundry room available to guests, unlike was advertised online. Staff mostly speak no English, in case you are an international traveller. The courtyards are very nice. If you want to get to and from the property, I highly recommend a taxi. Though there is a bus station out front, the bus comes very infrequently. Very few restaurants nearby.

The hotel is conveniently located just outside of Wroclaw along one of the main roads. On arrival, it gave an impression that it was very quiet because the reception area was very dim. In fact, the hotel was full because of a wedding party being held there that day. The receptionist was not clear if we had paid in advance or need to pay at the property. This issues repeated again at checkout. The air conditioning was not working in the room. The decor looked dated. The bed mattresses need replacement. Bathroom was small with no handrails for towels. Shower cubicle with shower gel only, no shampoo. Carpet in dark brown colour matching bed throws and cushions adding to an overall impression of a dull, dark and not well maintained room.

Have never had such an experience in a restaurant where you order food, pay for it and then beeing told you have to leave, because they are closing, somehow staff finds that funny as well. Don't recomend to stay or eat in this hotel!!!

Wo soll man anfangen? Für eine Nacht mit Frühstück ist das Hotel grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Das Frühstück war sogar hervorragend – hier schließe ich mich den positiven Bewertungen ausdrücklich an. Wir haben als Paar ein Zimmer für drei Nächte gebucht. Ausschlaggebend für unsere Wahl waren neben dem inbegriffenen Parkplatz vor allem das Frühstück sowie die angekündigte Sauna, die wir nach ausgedehnten Sightseeing-Touren durch Breslau an kalten Wintertagen gerne genutzt hätten. Umso größer war die Enttäuschung, als man uns bereits bei der Ankunft freundlich, aber lapidar mitteilte, dass es keine Sauna mehr gibt, da diese offenbar abgebrannt sei. Gebucht hatten wir ein Zimmer mit Doppelbett, erhalten haben wir jedoch ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Das war zunächst noch kein großes Problem – wir haben die Betten einfach zusammengeschoben. Kurios wurde es jedoch, als ich mir einen Tee zubereiten wollte: Dort, wo der Wasserkocher stand, gab es weit und breit keine Steckdose. Um Wasser zu kochen, musste ich den Wasserkocher jedes Mal neben dem Bett auf dem Boden anschließen. Im Zimmer lagen zudem nur zwei große Handtücher zum Duschen. An der Rezeption baten wir um zwei zusätzliche kleine Handtücher, diese wurden jedoch nie gebracht. Wir gingen davon aus, dass dies spätestens beim Zimmerservice erledigt würde – allerdings wurde das Zimmer während unseres gesamten dreitägigen Aufenthalts kein einziges Mal gereinigt. Das sind meinem Empfinden nach keine drei Sterne!

Mal abgesehen davon, dass niemand unsere Betten gemacht hat, obwohl wir den ganzen Tag unterwegs waren...war es alles in allem positiv. Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr üppig, auch das Abendessen im Restaurant war gut. Sehr lustige Nachtportiers, die kaum Englisch sprechen oder wahlweise bekennend keine Ahnung von den Getränken haben, die sie an der Bar ausgeben. Aber das war wirklich charmant...Preis Leistung top!!!

Very good breakfast

Hotel is next to the motorway, you need to drive only 2km out of the motorway. Everthing was clean and service was nice. Breakfast is like 5 star hotel. There were lot of options to select.

Endoit très propre, la chambre était grande et propre. Bonne literie. Petit-déjeuner très copieux, personnel sympathique. Le séjour ayant eu lieu durant le Covid, toutes les dispositions étaient mises en place. On pouvait meme y acheter de la nourriture pour soutenir des restaurants locaux.

Hotel Bonito por dentro,la habitación limpia y grande, ruidosa si esta cerca de la carretera.Esta 8 KM del centro unos 20 minutos en coche.Desayuno no es buffet, solo hay 2 platos y son siempre los mismo todos los días. Parking gratis y grande.

Pierwotnie zameldowany zostałem w pokoju 229 (?) Pokój położony na samym końcu hotelu, licząc półpiętra prawdopodobnie na trzecim piętrze. brak było do niego windy a ja miałem 3 sztuki bagażu. Okazało się że elektroniczny klucz do pokoju nie działa a ja muszę wracać do recepcji. Po ponownym zaprogramowaniu klucza elektronicznego dostałem również klucz mechaniczny - na wypadek gdyby klucz elektroniczny ponownie nie działał. Pokoju ponownie nie udało mi się otworzyć kluczem elektronicznym, mechaniczny zadziałał. Chwilę ustalałem jak zapalić światło (w czytniku była już karta), przyświecając sobie telefonem zauważyłem że ktoś śpi w łóżku - pokój okazał się już zajęty. Po zgłoszeniu problemu otrzymałem pokój 119 (drugie piętro) który był już dostępny, dość przestronny (oddzielny salon i sypialnia), natomiast w dość kiepskim stanie - łóżko było złamane, drzwi od łazienki i kabiny prysznicowej nie dało się zamknąć. Przy czym aby się zameldować pokonałem z bagażami ok. 8 pięter.
