Cons: 1. Bringing a tiny dog cost us 100PLN/night, rather hefty. 2. The messages we received were disastrous. The masseuse had no strength when pressing. At the end of the session, instead of gently waking the guest up, she almost yelled. This is experience from both me and my partner. A waste of money. 3. On the room key holder, it's stated (in Polish only) 10% discount is offered for massages and hotel restaurant from Sunday to Thursday. At check out, I was billed full amount. After asking, the receptionist changed the bill to include the discount. Kind of feel like they're trying to fool you. 4. There's only one bottle in the shower for shampoo+shower gel combination. Pros: 1. Parking on site was cheap, 40PLN for a day. And there're plenty of free street parking close by. 2. Facilities were very fresh and tastefully designed. 3. Food from the hotel restaurant is fantastically delicious and good looking, at good prices. 4. The spa facilities were well maintained and has all we needed, a steam sauna, a dry sauna and a bubble pool. Not too many guests were using them when we were there.

Es un hotel muy bonito, rodeado de un parque/bosque, conveniente para trasladarse al centro historico de la ciudad pero en una zona residencial tranquila. El hotel tiene buenas instalaciones y personal muy servicial, les cuesta un poco de trabajo el inglés y la bañera no tenia regadera como tal.

Bei "5 Sterne SPA" erwarte ich heute etwas mehr. Die Zimmer sind nicht mit Smart TV ausgestattet und der SPA-Bereich war erstaunlich klein. Zudem lassen sich die Fenster in den Zimmern nicht öffnen. Man ist also vollkommen auf die Klimaanlage angewiesen. Auch die angepriesene Weinbar war eher enttäuschend. Es gab ein Standardangebot und die anwesende Kellnerin konnte keine interessanten Weine aus dem Sortiment benennen.

Mooi hotel met nieuw ingerichte kamers. De kamer was vreselijk warm en er kon geen raam open. De temperatuur in de kamer was slecht te regelen. Slecht geslapen.
