Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
the room was in an old building, poorly lighted. the room is poorly maintained, even though they tried to stuff the room with amenities, it did not give the comfortable feeling. The furniture was probably 20+ years old and never updated. The hotel is at a convenient location and that's the major reason I booked it.
