"This hotel was in need of updating , the bathtoom tap wobbled on its stalk, the tv didnt work, The lighting cam on and flashed at night, the smoke alarm went off at 6.30 am. The worst bit was the breakfast, first day ok, second day, had virtually no cereal, no fresh fruit and no meats or cheeses, they had run out. Only two small pots of tea between 5. My main was avocado on muffin. It looked terrible, barely toasted muffin, no butter or anything to make it look presentable. On arrival the lady...

"Quick check in, we asked for a room at the back, we were given room 8. Nice room, comfy bed, pillows a little flat. Lovely shower room with waterfall shower, nice toiletries. It was a very hot day when we checked in, so the room of course was hot, we opened the windows. Had our meal in the hotel, we shared a ploughman's platter with a couple of extra sides which was very nice. Also bought a bottle of wine. We sat outside after the meal to look at the lovely view. "Were there for a wedding, great venue, food was nice, especially the breakfast. The courtyard rooms are small but comfortable, although could do with some maintenance"

"We stayed for one night as a stopover on the way North and were very happy that we picked this Inn. The room was quite basic but perfectly adequate for our needs and in line with the price point. We had an evening meal in the bar area which was very good with generous portions and we were served by a lovely young lady who was very friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was nothing short of excellent with good quality ingredients, perfectly prepared."

"Brilliant property, stayed here with our staff for the weekend while racing at Croft. Not far from the circuit, beautiful little pub, huge rooms, very spacious and clean. Found a little gem with this place and we will be back 100%."
