"This hotel is absolutely filthy. The renovation looks good from 50 ft away but it’s like lipstick on a pig. The lobby immediately told me what I needed to know: dirty stains and leaves on the furniture, stuff all over the floor, ceiling is heavily drooping. This is our one time a year we get to stay ..."

"Our experience was horrible. Bathroom was disgusting and even found a used bandage in the bed sheets. When brought to hotel’s attention, nothing was done. We even had Expedia get involved and still nothing has been resolved or even attempted."
