"This was one of the absolute nicest hotels I’ve stayed at!! Staff was warm and kind, room was beautiful, comfortable and spotless. I must note, the baseboards and even corners in the bathroom were spotless. Great linens, very comfy bed. Thank you!!!!"

"The hotel was very dirty in general. Toothpaste in the soap dish. Not enough shampoo or body wash. Stains on the towels. Chair had cigarette burns. Shower drain was clogged with hair and had to remove to get it to drain. Pee all over the bottom of the toilet dried on there. Bathroom door didn’t latch. ..."
