"Nice and gorgeous hotel . Need someone to buy it and renovate it . Freezing cold in hallway and shared bathroom . Rooms have oil heaters bit better but still very cold . Ok for summer but not for winter. No one was at reception but lady kindly left a key for us . Room was clean and beds was comfortable . Bathroom was awfull. Like in cheap student hostel ."

"This B&B is quite unique in an old bluestone cottage with lots of quirky antiques around the garden. The rooms are large and airy and the ensuite bathrooms are updated. The lounge area was cosy and would work well for a group."

"This property is in a terrible condition, I felt like I was going to fall through the floor boards in the hall, there is a wet musky smell in the whole building. We requested a spa bath but it didn’t work and there is rotting wood in the bathroom. The free breakfast doesn’t start until 8am which too late. I know this is cheap accommodation but I’m not sure this place should still be operating in it’s current condition. "

"Boutique refers to the fine character of this heritage feel hotel. Cute rooms with personality. The lavender gardens and cobble stone surrounds set the tone for old world European style breakfast well worth the small price. Will be staying here again."

"Property was very good clean and comfortable could not fault it.Some guest r very noisy no respect for others.Street noise is loud until the early hours not much fun for light sleepers like me."
