Room was clean. Staff was courteous and always ready to help. Gym is also surprisingly well equipped. The free self-service laundry room was also very helpful if you are going for a long stay (i stayed with my wife and kid for 7 days). The breakfast can be too repetitive though.

The hotel is a bit old but room was clean and of good size. Staff were friendly and courteous. My room was tidied up everyday. There was an outdoor swimming pool but I didn’t get to use it. The best thing was that there is a subway station entrance a few step away on the left side of the hotel.

Best breakfast buffet ever

The hotel staff was wonderful. Breakfast buffet was a feast, consisting of Asian and Western foods. They rotated the dishes every day which meant foods were fresh. The location is excellent; close by were a subway station, eateries and stores. The hotel was also within walking distance to the Zhong San street. The fitness center was a disappointment. Even though the room was spacious, most of the equipment was not functional.

The location is great, just exited the last stop on subway line 1. The hotel is a non-smoking but some guests just ignore the rules. Fortunately the cleaning lady Ling Ling was very helpful she brought in an air purifier as well as plug in scents which help to reduced the smell. It is close to the shopping walks and a lot of eateries nearby.

7 nights at Xiamen

The location of the hotel is good, with food streets and shopping malls, MRT station is just besides the hotel. We stayed on the 5th floor and the corridors has a strong cigarette smell. Their beds were hard with flat pillows, we have requested for an extra pillow. Services were prompt and staff were polite, except for a gentlemen at the front desk whom need more patience while waiting for their guests to make payment via the Alipay apps.

When we arrived the hotel on the evening of 9/20 from a Beijing, we lost a foreign country passport. A hotel staff made a great effort to found it and arranged us to pick it up. We could not imaging the difficulty ahead of us without his above and beyond effort. Other staff were also very friendly during our stay.

Okay

The location is good that it just nearby the subway and the walking street. Walkable distance to many restaurants and street food, and also the pier for Gulangyu if you coming back from there after 17:40. The room is just okay as it full of cigarette smell. The view is nothing special in the lower floor, but the room is quite big.

NICE... BUT FAR FROM FABULOUS!

The hotel is located in a fantastic position opposite a couple of banks and next door to a large shopping centre. My room (one of the more expensive ones) was very nice but the furniture was incredibly dated. I have never seen such old furniture although it was clean and kept nicely. My room came with free mini bar and that was not replaced during my entire stay. It was whatever was there to begin with (4 cans of soft drink & 1 beer). The air conditioning did not seem to work that well. The breakfast buffet was lovely and there was a lot to choose from. Service from the staff was very nice. My room was enormous with a lovely view but I do think it was overpriced considering the old, old furniture. At the hotel was nice and in a good position.
