Don’t trust this hotel or hotels.com

Showed up at the hotel with a prepaid reservation and found a note on the door saying closed for renovations. Hotels.com was no help and refused to refund my money.

We turned up and property had sign o front door saying closed for renovation. We booked this well In advance and no one advised us? Was a nightmare trying to get around the city with all our luggage and find another hotel.

部屋が狭いし、風呂場とベッドルームがカーテンでの仕切りで、シャワーを浴びた後は湿気が残り、蚊がいる。フロントの連絡もスマホのチャットを使っての連絡で素早い対応がない。髭剃りも、お茶、インスタントコーヒーすら置いてない。最悪です。

Decent Value

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the subway and lots of local restaurants. The hotel rooms are a little quirky as the shower and bathroom are all glass with just some frosted stickers over the glass.

Looked great. Air conditioning didn’t work. Twin room was designed more for couples than for friends with no bathroom to get dressed in, had a wet room shower and had to get dressed in the separat toilet.

去西安出差，看这家评价还行就订了，没想到我这个经常出差的老司机也走了眼。 这个酒店主打高科技智能，然而相关设施设置很不方便。入住后让我用手机拍了个二维码，到房间门口扫描二维码开门。听来简单，但扫描时一是反应并不灵敏，要把手机上下对准扫半天才能有反应，二是必须把手机打开，还得把显示亮度调到最强。进房间后只有门口有灯，到生活区后想开关灯只能打开该酒店公众号，调出智能家居操作页面方可控制灯光，半夜要上个洗手间啥的还得先打开手机开灯，对于我这种有睡觉关机习惯的人很不便。 酒店服务差。因为次日我有重要公务活动，七点多回到房间准备早早洗澡睡觉。放了半天洗澡水都不出热水。因为房间不设置座机，我只好用手机给前台打电话，前台答复说是酒店热水由市政供应，所以比较慢，需要连续放十分钟以上方可，我惊呆了，问前台这多浪费水呀！前台说就是这样，他们没办法。我只好一直放了十几分钟水，但仍然没有热水，再打电话，前台叫客房服务员来看了一下，又找了一位师傅来修，修的过程中我听师傅之间的对话了解到，原来是因为什么水管坏了所以没有热水。师傅走了后开了不到一分钟，洗澡水就热了，我非常生气，如果这么快就热了，那么之前前台说的放水十分钟才能热是什么意思呢？是让我觉得热水没戏干脆随便对付一下就算了吗？这是公然的欺骗！把顾客当傻子呢！ 房间隔音差：我一共住了两晚。第一晚附近有施工，关窗跟不关窗没有区别。第二晚半夜十二点，该店的机器人送隔壁客人进房间，声音很大，把我吵醒。 其他房间和服务方面的问题：修洗澡水的师傅修理时将房间里的毛巾和靠垫作为辅助工具，用完后随手扔下不处理；电视是网络电视，经常卡死；房间只有一个外置立式衣架，在西安这种灰尘大的城市把衣服晾出来就是找死。 这种打着所谓高科技智能的营销噱头，实际给客人带来大量不便的酒店还是不要再办下去了。XY酒店一生黑。

Zentral gelegenes und neues Hotel

Das Hotel liegt innerhalb der historischen Stadtmauern, also zentral, wobei der Glockenturm fußläufig erreichbar ist. Das Hotel ist sehr neu und die Zimmer sehr sauber. Das Frühstück ist nicht so gut, weil das Angebot sehr eingeschränkt ist. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat uns geholfen, weil die gebuchte Zimmerkategorie offensichtlich nicht mehr frei war. Das hat aber länger gedauert, auch weil die Fremdsprachenkenntnisse (Englisch) des Personals eingeschränkt sind. Dafür waren die uns überlassenen Zimmer dann doch der Kategorie entsprechend und geräumig.

衛生紙不夠用，第一天晚上就用完了，第二天換了也衹是別人用剩了的半卷，用到早上也用光啦!第三天終於有新的一卷。房間也不放一卷備用，拉肚子怎麼辦? 去機場也不肯幫忙叫計程車，要客人自己出門口找車，零下的氣溫啊! 地點還算方便，近巴士站，去景點換乘也快

Rapporto qualità prezzo molto vantaggioso, camera carina, letto comodo. Posizione abbastanza centrale ben servita da autobus. Purtroppo il personale non parla UNA che sia una parola di inglese e si è dimostrato anche infastidito dalla richiesta di informazioni su spostamenti, cambio valuta e altro. La colazione non è compresa e la graziosa caffetteria è risultata chiusa alle ore 8,30 anche se un bel cartello annunciava la colazione dalle 7 alle 9. Insomma, struttura da tenere in considerazione ma rapporto piuttosto faticoso con il personale

The bed was very comfortable and the room was a good size! We learned by day 2 that to get the shower warm you have to let it run for at LEAST 10 minutes beforehand... perhaps this was because it was very cold when we were there, or trying to shower during peak times, but something to be aware of nonetheless. Staff were nice and helpful, but don’t bother with the breakfast they offer.

So it’s not what we would consider a five star property. But the rooms are great, the beds are comfortable and the staff is very sweet. Mind you,you are in China it is a different culture and this is not a hotel for people that don’t travel extensively. The concierge does not speak a lot of English but he does have a translator on his phone. Great location for walkers and tons of buses

The water that comes out from the tap is brownish. Intended to get a room with bathtub to soak in and obviously I wasted my money due to the brown water. This is a very old hotel that's refurbished nicely but they need to maintain it. It seems to be going downhill pretty quickly. It's 2km from the bell tower and not walkable due to the road conditions and major redevelopment happening. Saving grace was the Internet dramas that we binge watched instead of soaking the bath-tub.

This hotel is def not 4 star. We stayed at this hotel in November and there was no heating. We were freezing in our room. The staff said they can only turn the heat on starting November 15th. There's a washer but no dryer.. so.. not too sure how we were supposed to dry our clothes as the room was super cold.. Hotel is not close to the metro neither. Carpet in the room had a smell too..

Relatively innovative hotel but need improvements

Location was good, near the town centre and lots of malls nearby. Had issues with hot water for 2 morning which really dampen the mood and some rooms are above the kitchen of a restaurant so the smell is bad. Positive things are that the "Smart" factor is there, robot to bring you to room, able to enter room with wechat and control all the lighting from your handphone

wonderful hotel

a very clean and nice hotel, rooms are large, on the main street near the old city wall shopping malls one and two bus stop from the hotel (15 to 20 min walk). The TV had a lot of chanel option in English.
