"We had an amazing time here"

"I had chosen this resort because the pictures, and reviews looked good. I was here with my 2 adult kids . We got to the hotel a bit late from a day of exploring. Wish we did earlier. The place was nothing like the pictures showed. It looked run down. The towels were stained. We would’ve stayed at least for one day, but the noise for airplanes above us, the fireworks, and strange noises outside our room was too much to handle for us. We couldn’t stay."

"The property is a fantastic location with tian men Shan just around the corner. There are lots of food spots and a night market right down the street. Everything is walkable including the cable cars. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us get our car, plan our trip and overall helped make our trip more seamless. The place is well kept and we would recommend!"

" Ok, there is both good and bad with this Hotel. Let's start out with the good. The price was good. The room was clean. The room looked nice. The décor was nice. The view from the Balcony in my room was nice, but the view really depended on the weather. if the weather was bad, you could not see the mountains and were just stuck seeing other buildings It had hot water and decent water pressure. "The hotel was in an ideal location with good facilities .The hosts were really helpful , lovely and welcoming. Theybyook our bags to our room and plan a route and gave us a map for our visit to the National Park. Hotel muy bien situado. Buen personal."
