No pudimos hospedarnos.

No se respeto mi reservación. Tuve que buscar otro lugar al llegar. Se me ofreció otro Hotel, pero no era un hotel, era un cuarto y con mucha humedad. La atención fue excelente, se me pidió una disculpa y me darían las otras 2 noches ahí, pero mi Esposa es Alérgica al frío, así que no pudimos quedarnos la noche ofrecida en el cuarto mencionado. Reiteró personal del Hotel Surreal Xilitla excelente atención a pesar de la experiencia con la reserva. Un consejo más comunicación entre personal de la tarde y mañana.

La instalación está muy descuidada y deficiente. Se escuchó mucho el ruido de vecinos. Además el restaurante estuvo muy frío. La tarifa es muy caro para la calidad del hotel.

Great stay, small quiet place. Pool is beautiful and secluded with a swim-up bar. Room was spacious with air conditioner.

las camas eran un poco incómodas y el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, debería haber caldera para que el agua esté caliente pues uno renta este tipo de habitaciones por la alberca y con el agua tan fría es imposible meterte.
