"Extremely helpful and welcoming staff. They helped us navigate the bus schedule during our stay and schedule a taxi to catch the Alishan sunrise. It is very helpful to know some Mandarin if staying here, but one of the ladies knows enough English to help if you don't. The property is gorgeous. "Good location right on the lake and free bikes to use and the bike path is in front of the hotel. Our room has the lake view with a balcony, great view for sunset and sunrise. The room is spacious with a Japanese style sitting room that can be completely closed. The bathroom has an onsen style hot tub. The breakfast was average. Highly recommended"
