El servicio fue malo, se quedaron sin luz, no hay planta de energía y por lo tanto no funcionaba el aire acondicionado y no había agua caliente. La limpieza de la habitación no era la adecuada. Solo había una persona encargada de la administración, la cual estaba dormida a las 7:30 am y no daba soluciones. No hicieron nada adicional por apoyar a los huéspedes o por tratar de compensar el tema. Nos tuvimos que ir del lugar.

El hotel puede mejorar mucho

Mi estancia fue aceptable para los 2 días que estuvimos, el lugar es bonito porque tiene un amplio Jardín muy bien cuidado y el personal muy muy atento, pero las instalaciones en general muy descuidadas, la regadera no tiene el mantenimiento adecuado y toda el agua se desperdicia, no hay servicio de restaurante, llegamos en la noche y para comer algo tuvimos que salir hasta el centro; podrían levantar el hotel con un adecuado mantenimiento, ya que por su jardín y alberca atraen mucho

If you’re looking for a no-frills place to stay and don’t mind bringing your own toiletries, this hotel might work for you. Otherwise, I’d suggest considering other options that offer a bit more in terms of amenities.
