"We loved the hotel. The only issue was that being 5 feet tall, it was very difficult to climb into the bed since it was so high. On the third and last night there, I asked at the front desk and they gave me a step stool."

"This is a pet-friendly property with easy access via sliding glass door to the outside which was wonderful. Room was clean but did find a live spider in the bed. Beds were ok but phone wasn't plugged in which I never understand why staff doesn't ensure that is done in the process of putting the room right? We just thought the phone didn't work, which we were told by front desk staff often happens in rural areas?"
