"The lady was extremely nice and helpful however the room that was given to us was not cleaned and we had to be placed in another room. The pool had ants crawling all over the floor, the beds were extremely uncomfortable and DO NOT eat the breakfast. It tasted terrible which was one reason why we went there!"

"The hotel had a really bad infestation of German coach roaches in two closed off rooms that were 3/4 rooms down from our room. The staff reassured us that the next day they would upgrade our room and also give a partial refund and claimed the new room would be bug safe but we didn’t want to risk. They tried to convince us that it’s wasn’t as bad as I think. But the amount of bugs I saw crowing out of those closed rooms were proof that the infestation was massive."

"Trash was not emptied on a daily basis. Towels were not replaced. Had to take soiled.towels to counter in order to receive fresh towels.management was no very helpful and tried to give me a hard time over my request. Tub with shower did not work properly. You had to work on the valve in order for the shower to work (which wasn’t very well). The room was itself was adequate and it was quiet at night. Breakfast wasn’t very sufficient to call it breakfast. I would not stay there again unless these...

"The Surry in is a nice place to stay overnight on our trips from PA to Florida. Everything is older but clean and everything worked."
