"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The property’s condition was unacceptable. After checking in, I immediately found the room was not acceptable and left within minutes. The hotel acknowledged the issue and told me they would refund the full charge. They even issued a credit to my credit card, but then reversed it without explanation. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly, I was unable to get the promised refund. I ultimately had to dispute the charge...

"Room was clean. Air conditioner was not powerful when outside heats up above 90. Breakfast was namesake. Only waffle and coffee. There should be controlled smoking area. For non smokers it was a terrible experience."

"The staff here was fantastic, the location was excellent to shopping and restaurants and very easy to get to, but the hotel is just in need of refresh, smelly dirty carpet in room, paint and furniture showed extreme wear and tear. The morning breakfast was good, if you do not go early though, the seating is limited but nice and comfortable. Only one elevator was working at the time of stay, graduation weekend here, so extremely busy, took a while to get downstairs every time. Pool was not up and...

"The property was okay! Could use a refresh in the bathrooms, the tiles were popping out. Wish they had more than one elevator because we had to wait for others to get off etc. Not bad.. the room did smell like smoke when entering.. but went away after some air fresher was sprayed. Overall, I would say it is 7/10 rating.."

"Staff was super nice and told us about free ubers to the hospital, gave us free water because we had been walking back and forth to the hospital. The only issue I had is when I extended my stay I was told to come down in the morning checkout and check back into my same room. Ended up having to call my wife back from the hospital so we can move all our stuff into a different room with smaller beds. There was nothing they could do. Besides that hiccup, it was great and would stay again."

But very rude front desk with a sassy attitude and not helpful at all so felt it was a dead end to share anything."

"Nicole was great greeting me and providing information. The breakfast was excellent. I rated good on the room due to there being a slight odor. Not sure if from smoking. The beds, however, were as comfortable as a much more expensive hotel. I had a great night sleep and that was most important."
