"Easy parking, clean and nice"

"We've stayed here several times because of location off freeway and always been decent place. Not so this time. Our room was handicapped accessible which was ok but was very stale smelling.Room definitely needed new paint, especially the bathroom. Bathroom floor was scraped up and dirty stains. Lots of scrapes and dirty walls. No hot water for shower the 2nd day. The hallways were dirty both days. Seems like more help is needed here. "Sheets on the bed and the towels were clean, but the rim itself was not and was bad smelling. There is a broken down vehicle in the parking lot near the room."
