"Communication was a bit slow, had to send 2 mails before I got the check-in info bit as a standard mail they send out the day before. Stressed me out since we were going to another country. The apartment is pretty good. Beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are good but the kitchen was poorly stocked, and the apartment was very dirty. "We had a lovely weekend stay at this apartment. It was spotlessly clean, modern and very comfortable-perfect for a relaxing getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were cosy and the whole place had a fresh, welcoming feel. The only small thing we noticed was that there weren’t many mirrors, which would have been handy-but that didn’t take away from the overall great experience. Would definitely stay again! "

"We had the most wonderful time staying at the Hobbit Hole. The property was incredible: well looked after and very clean. Everything has been very well thought out. We thoroughly enjoyed gazing at the scenery out the window and enjoying the peaceful area."

"Staff on the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. Room was well cleaned and the bed was comfortable. There was a little bit of traffic noise/cool air coming in from around the window frames but considering that it's in a service area on the M25, the noise reduction wasnt bad. Food obtained from the services opposite but you can buy a few small bits from the reception which can be useful"

"Expected a lot more from a spa hotel, rooms were clean. Unfortunately very dated and lacking that feeling of you’ve paid a bit more to stay somewhere nice, I feel it could do with some updating. I moved rooms from a superior to an executive as superior had a lot after boiler cupboard next door and I couldn’t sleep at all with the noise. There was not much difference in the standard of the rooms, I didn’t feel I would pay extra to book the executive and feel that the standard rooms may be as good as any others but I didn’t look in one. The bedding was not nice hotel quality white cotton sheets, it was dated and matching the headboard! I didn’t use spa facilities as was down visiting family so just using for sleeping and breakfast. If you like a spa then it’s worth staying as the use is included in the accommodation price, "

"The parking was great, a good few blue badge areas which we needed. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was lovely and the area well laid out. The only downside was the noise and ignorance of the other guests, but that is not down to the property or the staff. Overall a good stay and was convenient for my travel purposes. "
