"Honestly, would give this place 10 stars if I could. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. I loved the clean and spacious room/bathroom with a comfortable bed, along with the amenities. Heating & Cooling very well adjusted, according to the weather. The daily free breakfast & housekeeping provided was top-notch. Would highly reccomend this place, as It was one of the best Hotel experiences I've ever had. Thanking everyone for their gracious hospitality and making me feel completely at home. "Was mislead by reception staff. Rang and asked if they had an airport pick up service. Was told the cost would be 5000 lira from Istanbul Airport, but was charged 6000 when I got to the hotel. Apparently they forgot to mention the extra “ tax”. Which I found to be very un genuine. "

"This is a very stylish and spotless apartment hotel in the Kartal district. The location is excellent for shopping, with easy access to two large malls, as well as Migros and Carrefour supermarkets nearby. ​The room was comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. Regarding the metro, it’s a 15-minute uphill walk, but you can easily reach it through the shopping mall to avoid the hill. ​Just a note: the area is currently under development, so there is construction noise starting around 8 AM. However, it didn't bother us at all, and we had a comfortable stay. There is a small Starbucks in the lobby, which is nice, though the hotel does not have its own restaurant."
