"Hotel was beyond what we imagined and it exceeded many of our expectations. First of all it’s in the Hiroshima train station and we rode the Shinkansen to get there and easy access to the bus at the North entrance because we utilize the JR Kansai-Hiroshima 5 day Area Pass. So Easy and very convenient to commute to our destinations and attractions because we were within the vicinity. The train station has a lot of restaurants, shops, movie theater, etc. The hotel was beautiful and one of the best breakfasts we had in Japan. They also have free flow which the restaurant provides drinks and snacks 2x in the evening between 3-6 pm and 9-10 pm if your plan comes with it. All the staff was welcoming with a wonderful and kind hospitality. No onsen but our room had the shower and tub combo and I was able to do a bath every night which was so relaxing after a day of exploring. Another plus was the toilet was separate from the bath, makes getting ready more efficient when traveling with someone…in my case, my husband. Effortless luggage transfers and the staff was very accommodating and filled out our paperwork and even called the next hotel to confirm reservation to verify our belongings went to the right place. The observation deck was a plus where we hung out on our first night to take in the city’s skyline and enjoyed the view. Overall love this hotel and will definitely book another stay with them when I visit on the future."

"We were assigned to a room in the new wing of the hotel. The room was clean and the amenities were well equipped. The location was also very conveniently located close to Odori shopping and dining area and the Iyo-den city train. The staff was cordial and helpful as always expected in Japan."

"We loved this hotel! The buffet breakfast was quite extravagant - there were almost too many options! The hotel has a public bath/sento. It is not tattoo friendly, though I had no issues using it with a tattoo cover. It was just one bath, but it was relaxing. The room was well layed out and the bathroom was a decent size. There was a bit of a strange smell in the lobby and common areas when we first arrived, but it disappeared by the next day and must have been a weird fluke occurrence. It didn't bother us any other day. We assume it was maintenance. It's just a short walk from a tram station and relatively close to the Peace Memorial Park. Would definitely recommend this place!"

"We love the location of this hotel; right on the water with such amazing views. There are many cafes and restaurants near by. We enjoyed walking around the area during the day and night. Area is nice and quiet. There is free coffee in the lobby in the morning. They also have instant coffee and tea available in the room with the electric kettle. Parking is available at 1100 yen/night with in and out privileges. Tourist tax 200 yen per person per night. Which is all standard and fine. Mojiko is a great area. Not too busy; but there's enough to do for a few days. Great place to chill and relax. The only thing that would make it even better would be having onsite coin laundry machines. Overall, we had a great stay and will return if we are in the area again."
