"I only stayed one night, but the hotel was so nice I wish I had been staying longer. It’s on the outskirts of the city so it’s a taxi ride (five minutes) into and out of central Yamoussoukro. The hotel and my room were spotless. The pool looked great but unfortunately I was not able to use it due to a shortness of time. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended."

"I am giving this establishment a 1/5 review because even though I booked "Villa Des Hotes", actually the booking was not for there but somewhere else, namely Residence Elsa. When I arrived, I kept being moved from room to room because they couldn't find my booking on the system, and therefore they kept asking me to pay. Eventually they phoned someone up (most likely Expedia or associate) and this is when news broke that I was in the wrong hotel (even though I went to the correct one as per my...
