Such a wonderful stay here. Great area of La Paz, so clean and stylish with great amenities. Customer service from Ernesto and the team was superb also. Couldnt reccomend more!

I would ask the Hotel that if you are not going to honor Platinum membership don’t call yourself a VIP hotel. It is deceptive, especially when we are coming from another country and expect certain things

Staying at UMA is indeed an experience. A beautiful resort in the cloud forest with a breathtaking view of the valley.
