"Everything was brand new, so it was very clean and nice. I especially liked that the refrigerator was full-size."

"Excellent stay at Lacozi Hotel! The room was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-equipped with a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a spacious bedroom with a double bed. Perfect for families or group travelers. Plus, having a CU store nearby was very convenient."

"The apartment building was lovely and conveniently located. The staff were quick to respond and very helpful."

"Of course! Here’s a polished version: My stay at the hotel was exactly as advertised. The room and the entire building were exceptionally clean. I had excellent communication with the management via WhatsApp; every day, they checked in to see if anything needed attention. They took care of daily laundry, fresh sheets, and towels. We even needed an outlet adapter, and they provided one free of charge. They also brought our luggage down from the second floor, which was a big help. Everything was...

"Room was very clean and well kept. Reception and check in process was easy and stress-free. The staff spoke enough English to make the check-in process smooth and we had glitches while booking via Expedia. We definitely look forward to staying here again should our travels take us back to that area. Lots of food and other amenities nearby within short walking distance."

"Very pleasant stay! Read the description, seems like a few reviewers didn't. The hotel is close to several bus stops and subway exits. 15 min walk to Myeongdong nught market and all the shops. The staff was very friendly!! You are visiting Korea, so try to learn some korean duh!! But if you don't have time, download Papago. It helped me when I had more detailed questions. Room stayed clean because i'm a clean person. The hotel does cleaning upon request so just call the reception or go down and...

"The location was great. Very convenient and walkable to many places. Slightly noisy as night as it is located above many restaurants and pubs. Room was very clean. Feedback - change or remove the carpets and have drying racks since the was only a washer and no dryer in the room"

"Very nice and convenient. Would definitely stay here again"
