"Really nice affordable hotel in Shanghai! Super clean room with a great view, very well maintained. Not super centrally located for travelers but worth it if you're looking for a really nice hotel for a decent value in Shanghai. Still a lot of really good food options within walking distance."

"Big and clean room. No noise from the airport. Friendly staffs. Excellent breakfast."

"Great"

"Very nice 👌 hotel"

"We had a great stay except taxi or didi drivers couldn’t find the location and dropped us off at wrong places. That was very frustrating as we don’t speak the same language."

"Friendly the people! Great experience!"

"素敵なホテルでした。"

"Felt like royalty. Loved the hotel, the room, bar, and the breakfast was top notch."

"Excelente Coordialidad y atención"

"Stayed here while exploring Shanghai — fast check-in, friendly front desk, and an upgrade sorted. Design is sleek and artsy — gorgeous lobby, cool art pieces, a lovely scent everywhere. The room was massive — huge bed, comfy pillows, blackout curtains; I slept through my alarm twice. Spotlessly clean daily; housekeeping even tidied our stuff. "Had a great stay! New hotel excellent service all round. Near to the new Shanghai Grand Opera House. Gigisel, the young lady at reception is very helpful and professional."

"Spawn Li service is excellent pretty good hotel"

"ホテルの環境、施設、部屋、そしてスタッフや清掃員のサービス、すべてが◎です！ここなら、1ヶ月でも2ヶ月でも居たいくらいです。 エリアも緑豊富で広々として、上海という大都会のど真ん中にいることを忘れそうです。"

"2 Reasons to stay = pool, Hyatt quality Day 1. Pool closed, air conditioner inefficient. Too warm to sleep... Day 2. Pool cold, no air cond, no sleep Day 3. Pool better, no air cond, no offer to change room. No sleep because room was on sunny side of building. Even at night room was too warm. No AC in April. Manager promised next visit he would compensate somehow in future. Jim"

"Had a lovely stay at this hotel. Really got nothing to complain about. The area was bustling with new amenities, quieter from the bund area. Even though travelling around will take some time but its ok for a relaxing stay."
