"The location was undergoing renovations, ceilings were open and the parking lot was being resurfaced. There was an odd smell and the rooms were fairly outdated, with stains and mold in areas. The breakfast was a disaster, the waffle irons were on but no mix, and the juice dispenser was empty. There was no butter for the toast and no milk for cereal. When I asked the teen in the kitchen room, he simply said no. That was the end. He opened the juice dispenser showing the empty spots and said they were out of mix and other things. I get its a 2 star motel, but it was a disappointment."

"I was under impressed by this hotel. The pictures make it look great, but it was far from that. It was nearly impossible to get in contact with staff if you were not standing directly in front of them. Construction and renovation throughout the property causing my room/hallway to the room to smell like strong paint. Unclean room, hair in all towels and sheets, bathroom sink/countertop, clumps of hair in the shower, did not look like anything was wiped down, headboard of the bed was disgusting (this is also where the light switch is for the room), TV remote was sticky, visible dirt and debris in the rugs and corners of the entire room. To top it all off, on my last night staying in this hotel, there was a VISIBLE bug on the bed that resembled a small bed bug! I couldn’t sleep and immediately got out of the bed. I will now be severely disinfecting all of my stuff + throwing out everything that can’t be washed. I would NOT stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the area. For the price I paid to stay here, absolutely NOT worth it! Regretting not spending the extra $100-$200 to stay somewhere with a higher rating."

"My room was very nice, clean, and spacious. I stayed overnight because I had to work in the office on Monday and Tuesday this week. I was looking forward to relaxing and taking a float in the pool after work on Monday but the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a very long time. The floor of the pool was extremely dirty and there was clear mildew or something floating on the pool surface. I was really disappointed that I couldn’t use the pool. So I went back to my room and was able to log into my Netflix and relax the rest of the night. The hot breakfast in the morning was nice but I had to grab something and go due to having to be in the office early and there were no takeout containers that I could put anything in, so I just put my choices on a paper plate and covered with another and took it with me."

"The highway noise is very loud and I couldn’t find a way to keep the a/c fan on constantly to drown it out. You may want to request a room on the north side, farthest from the road to minimize the road noise. Also, it appeared that the a/c unit would turn itself off when you were out of the room and also possibly while sleeping because it got very warm. The pool was not open while we were there (beginning of June) and only the main floor ice machine was working. At our time of check-out I wanted to fill my water bottle with ice water since we had a full day of hiking and exploring, however maintenance was working on the only working ice machine. It was very frustrating. Also, the front desk people were not very helpful."

"Terrible had a bad time very uncomfortable not clean the tub would turn off the lights and the motion. Warm water would run out no type of security for your stuff anyone has access around. Your card to access the room deactivates and you have to go reactivate at the front desk if I were able to I would’ve refunded after the first night thankfully it was only 2 days don’t recommend at all."
