"Our stay was really nice but a few things were disappointing. We upgraded our room to deluxe but it felt really small. The pool was closed which was disappointing.
There were many positives to our stay. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Lovely bottle of wine for our anniversary which was very kind. We were overcharged for cocktails during happy hour but staff assured us we would receive a refund for that. Overall I really nice stay with wonderful staff "

"Excellent staff that helped us with a variety of requests to make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet is excellent with western and Asian favorites. The location on Melbourne’s Southbank was a big plus. Plenty of restaurants to choose from and a wonderful promenade along the Yarra River."

"The city location of this apartment is excellent for all trams and especially Southern Cross station.
The room I had was spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Great view too. It was clean and fresh towels provided and bins emptied on request.
The reception staff were friendly and helpful.
My only problem was the noise from the nearby train line. Reception gave me earplugs and that worked well!
I would definitely return to these apartments next time I am in Melbourne."
