"The property was incredibly peaceful, my unit 9 was spacious. The kitchen was modern and had everything you could possibly want to be able to fix meals, gas stove, oven, microwave, large refrigerator. Plus my kitchen had all the little extras tools. The bathroom amenities were very nice. Most importantly the staff was prompt in responding to all my questions and requests. I do think the living room furniture in my unit 9 needs an update. The pool area was so serene and beautiful."

"Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, ocean view, secure car park, easy walk into town.
As we travel to Cairns regularly, I wouldn’t hesitate to book again."

"Beautiful views from the balcony walkable to many restaurants easy to ubber to city center host was quik to respond to all messages"

"I booked it and then about 24 hours later they emailed me that the office closes at 4. I requested after hour checkin process. I didn’t hear anything for 12 hours and only received “call us urgently”. When I called the phone provided, no one answered. They finally called me after 8 PM and blamed me for poor communication and accused me of not calling! Zero focus on the customer and worse communication. "

"Stunning apartment, right on the Esplanade. Great views of the ocean and only a 10 minute walk to the centre for food, drinks etc.
Muddy’s cafe is opposite who do a fabulous breakfast. "
