Very helpful staff - enormously friendly. Made the stay enormously pleasurable. The Guitarist/Singer Joe Zappia was an incredible addition to the over all tone of the venue. Truly a brilliant stay.

Room we got was dirty but they shifted us to a nicer room an compensated us so that was taken care of by the lovely lade.es on duty at the time.
