My daughter's toilet in room 452 was broken/blocked, moved to room 453 and the telephone didn't work. All the rooms are always clean, tidy no problems but they could do with a bit more Quality Assurance for the stuff they provide. Simple is fine, that's what we pay for, but its got to be working...."
