"The staff were supportive, friendly, prompt, and professional. My concern was initially being provided a very dirty room in the basement level which was old, unkept, and filthy (had not been cleaned including the bathroom). When I requested another room the staff responded immediately. However, I do not understand why I was even given the room when there were other clean and more well-kept options avail."

"Neighborhood looked a bit unsafe and all outside lights were off, making it hard to find.
Staff were very nice and helpful.
Room was pretty small: mattress was uncomfortable and I had to setup the bed myself with the sheets.
Remember to close all windows to avoid being woken up by the prayer loudspeakers."
