"The beds were thin and very hard. We had a hard time sleeping. Let’s were allowed and the walls were thin, we heard dogs barking in the rooms next to us all night and day. The hot tub continually broke down. Our elderly friends who needed a handicapped accessible room and made that clear upon booking were put in a regular room for one night with no compensation and could not move them til the next day. And they had to check out of the room they were in by 11 am and couldn’t get into the handicap...

"Very low quality breakfast"

"Will definitely go back. House was perfect for a family gathering. Beautiful scenery and the house was updated and clean."

"We stay there often and love the atmosphere. We drive an hour and a half just to stay there. The staff is friendly and attentive. The room are very clean. Breakfast is free and has a variety of food choices. Great hours for the pool and hot tub. The price is good. Our favorite place to stay."

"If you love the smell of pot, highly intoxicated adults screaming, yelling, stomping 24/7 in the room next then this is the motel for you! However, it was NOT the hotel for us! We smelled pot all night the night before and reported it to night shift. My husband is in the union and passing drug test is a priority. The walls are super thin and you breathe in whatever this property allows them to smoke! We booked through Expedia and they tried to get this property to sign a waiver to release us for...

"Stayed for one night on the way back from a wedding to visit some old haunts and the Inn did not disappoint. Lovely room, gorgeous house, great breakfast. Will definitely come back when we’re in town."

"Enjoyed staying here, the staff was very friendly. The room was a good size and was very clean. I really enjoyed the free breakfast and common areas. It was very close to downtown Mystic and Old Mystik. Lots of places to eat nearby. As a female traveler I felt safe. It also was a great price, would definitely recommend."

"The history of the hotel is amazing, the cleanliness, not so much. Hairs on our sheets, sticky bathroom floor, rude staff members, inadequately supplied toiletries. Would never recommend anyone pay $400 for this. Better places with better customer service in the area."

"The great thing is that the motel is near eateries, gas stations etc. There are some updates in the rooms but holes/peeled paint on entry doors and walls in the hotel room. I cleaned the vents in the fans before I used the heater bc it was quite dirty. The staff is lovely and quickly responded to my concerns about the people above me."

"Overall a great place to stay for a night on our way to our final destination. Was a little frustrating to wake up with no working water, but made it work. Would stay again! There is no front desk so you have to call a number to check in or for any issues. When we woke in the morning to find no water, it was hard to get ahold of anyone, as the phone number is someone’s cell phone + they have you call a different number outside of 9-9 + you have to try to write down a different number from the...
