"The place is as described other than the clothes dryer doesn’t work. The management sent someone out when the lights in the kitchen didn’t work. It’s a little dated but we weren’t there much. Renters should be aware that there is not air conditioning. It has baseboard heaters so could be uncomfortable in warmer weather."

"We loved our stay. The staff was very friendly. The only downsides were that the elevators were out in our building, and we were on the 3rd floor, and the hot tub was not able to be used. Otherwise, we would stay there again. Easy to get to West Yellowstone, and there was great food options."

"It was a great property, easy to make ourselves at home and a good location to walk around town for groceries and restaurants. I gave 3 stars for staff as there was no staff - everything was done by text, okay but not friendly enough for me. Though I did not reach out to see if the owners had any recommendations of places to eat, etc. I have the impression that they would!
If we're ever back in that part of MT we would for sure go back for a stay! All in all very lovely!!!"

"Property was next to a garage and abandoned boarded up restaurant. A converted old bus was right next to the building with people living in it. It was not the best part of town. The building itself was nice and well kept. The road to the property was dirt and the parking lot same which was muddy. "

"Very nice, clean, comfortable property. We were there mid-August so the only drawback was no air conditioning. The fans offered relief, but it was a bit warm. Kitchen is roomy and well furnished (plates, cups, glasses, utensils, etc.). Living room is roomy and comfortable, fire place would be really nice in the winter. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to town, but in a more private, quiet area. Overall very nice and was great for our family of four. "

"the room tv would not work properly the screen would freeze off and on
the power outets were worn out so chargers and ac plugs would just fall out
it was end of season but that was no excuse for basic operation and safety issues with
electrical outlets
staff was not much help that was if they were even at the front desk at all
one would think they were hiding"
