"The hotel is in the heart of West Yellowstone. Hotel is easy to find accommodating parking room was very clean. Bed was very comfortable and once you are at the hotel, you don’t need your car. You can walk the whole main street of West Yellowstone for the shops and restaurants."

"I knew it wasn’t going to be Holiday Inn but the mattress was not comfortable and when you’re exhausted from hiking and sightseeing you want a good bed. A new mattress or at least a pillow top would’ve helped to get some rest. It was in the downtown so everything was close. The room was clean."

"The room was clean and cozy. We were greeted and welcomed warmly by the staff. We did not use the laundry or ice machine so we do not have opinions on these. The shower head could use a deep cleaning but it was adequate for our needs. I would definitely stay here again. I liked the elk antler on the wall. The room had character."
