"We requested additional tissues and toilet paper. It took 2 days and it was delivered by tossing it on the floor at our door. No one bothered to come in and leave it on the counter. The small fridge had an odor. Additional pillows took 2 days delivery for the friends we traveled with. Calling the front desk for assistance is useless as they do not answer. Staff is polite however very slow. We were charged $279 a night which is incorrect and we are trying to resolve."

"It was odd that the hot tub had no water and was not utilizable. The bathroom lock in our room looked more like a key than a knob or thing to lock. The breakfast had many options, but nearly all of which were packaged. Just felt off.
The redeeming quality was the staff. Very kind, very helpful, very accommodating, that breakfast was restocked as soon as you could tell there was even a space missing with one of the items.
We enjoyed our stay overall, but might not return."

"The cabin was okay. It seemed clean and we didn't have any real complaints there.
The man that checked us in was very rude. Apparently their internet was down so when we showed up at 3 to check in we couldn't. I understand that things happen but it was his demeanor and lack of concern and rudeness. He told us that we couldn't check in and to come back in an hour and it might be back up.
