"Everything was great from the Amenities to the staff. Very clean and the staff really cared. The massage therapist knew what they were doing and were very professional and knowledgeable to their craft. I would come back all the time here."

No shower gel and shampoo. Kettle and tea bags were available in the room but no cups. It was disaster. They claimed that it was deluxe with turkish baths (Hamam). Yes, it was very old turkish bath. It was very dirty and unusable. The door keys were so worned out that we couldn't opened the doors. The breakfast were so poor that we went out for a basic breakfast. It was very poor to any Internationals hotel standards. It should not be in the Expedia recommended hotels. It was totally mispresented the brochure. Sad

"Front office staff was unattentive. Not welcoming and arrogant attitude from the start of stay until we leave. They simply didn't care about guest satisfaction.
The breakfast buffet was not up to standards, the breakfast room was untidy with a mop and big water bottle left on the side. Overall the stay was overpriced according to the service standards and negative attitude from staff."
"It is a very nice hotel, beautifully designed, newly built, with solid construction and very nice decor. The room was spacious and clean and comfortable.The restaurant is very cozy and they serve great pizza and salads. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nothing negative about our two night stay here."
