"The staff are nice and respectful. The rooms are clean, until there was a little bit of soda residue in the bathroom sink and the ants came. Not just a few. My counter was full of ants. They were full so i couldnt change rooms. They gave me clearner to clean them up myself. I asked for a discount. I was told she would have to ask. I did not get a discount. Instead i got to clean ants off the batbroom counter for 2 days. Went to the pool and got into.the hot tub, it was lukewarm bath water. I did ask if they could turn up the heat foe the hot tub, they did. The staff is amazing! I want to give higher stars. "

"It was filthy the receptionist was hardly there there was spat blood in the elevators the room air was stale and smelly from a dirty ac filters there were chicken strips in a bag in the fridge and the hallway floors were disgusting."
