"The property is in the heart of San Juan, but the gps location is not accurate. We were able to call the owner who gave us actual directions to the property. Once we got there, everything improved. The owner contacted you in advance to confirm your stay, so that was nice. I had previously booked the property, and they cancelled it, and raised the rate. "Place is magnificent: My husband and I always enjoy our stay at the Brix. Team members: Mr.Otis, Mr. Curtis, Mr. Nathaniel we always so lucky to have them present when we visit they always so warm, very polite it's like family. Last but not least Ms. Kizzy who always make sure our room is well kept. Thank you all for the outstanding service it's one of the reasons we keep staying at the Brix.

The shuttle to the from the airport was very convenient, the breakfast was good, and they allowed us a late checkout which was wonderful.
