I have run many hospitality venues, from restaurants to having the directorship of an island resort in the Pacific and to me the only ingredient missing from your hotel is engagement with the guest, a smile, a how are you, an interest in the person in front of them. The only person I encountered who was truly hospitable was a young male barman. "

"The Coniston Hotel is good value for what it provides and is close to Wollongong. Room was clean; bed comfy. Just be aware they are currently undergoing renovation to the downstairs pub during the week so you may experience noise after 7am. We would stay again. "

Easy to access, quick check in, excellent undercover parking and a large, clean, apartment. To top it off we were close to restaurants and coffee shops. "
