"The hotel is wonderful and very clean overall. It is a fancy hotel with"

"Good"

"Good environment and location Friendly staff"

"Perfect place for a peaceful retreat. The grounds are full of fruit trees full of almost ripen limes, oranges, avocados, lemons and pomegranates. Restaurant was on the sandy beach with a view of islands, set for a perfect sunset and night dinner. Breakfast was with abundance of everything, it's not even possible to name what was offered, fresh and appealing. Fethiye visit requires a car, as it's a bit distance from Yaniklar where the Yonca Lodge is located. Nice self-parking area next to the...

"Amazing included breakfast!"

"I had an amazing stay at this hotel and was completely satisfied with everything. The property is conveniently located near the beach and great grocery stores, and the entire staff was wonderful. I want to give a special thank you to Ms. Beste, who was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay."

"Clean rooms and beautiful property"

"Struttura basica e pulita.

"Lovely stay but it wasn’t ideal that the WiFi didn’t work"

"Sea-view rooms have terrible smoke is coming from the cooking exhaust pipe right below the balcony. Nothing helps to avoid the smell and carbon-monoxide exposure and we were surprised how even that is possible to rent that property out for us, who came to enjoy the sea view for $225/night. Staff were trying to solve the issue by giving us another room, but same smoke reaching out even higher location, so we ended up to running around at midnight and looking for another hotel. Found one in the...

"Lovely hotel, clean/comfortable bed/nicely decorated room, excellent and varied breakfast buffet! The location is right on the beach and restaurant overlooks the water-on the promenade…loved our stay! Staff is kind, gave us great recommendations and were accommodating :)"

"Disappointing Return Visit – Major Drop in Quality My mother and brother stayed at Lil Maison Hotel in early June and had a wonderful experience—clean rooms, friendly and welcoming staff, and a generous, filling breakfast. Based on their recommendation, I travelled from Australia so we could visit Fethiye together and stay at the same place. Unfortunately, our second stay was a massive disappointment. The quality has dropped drastically in just two months: Room & Amenities: The room was not...

"Room was excellent with great amenities and very clean. Breakfast was quite limited compared to others but enjoyed what we had. The main issue with the property is it's location near the noisy bars. Whilst conveniently located for the beach area, the soundproofing in the room was not good with noise continuing until 1am and some nights until 3. Difficult for hotel to resolve but unfortunately it did spoil the stay as the daytime was great by the pool but the nighttime was hard to relax."
