"This is like a little hideaway, when the cab pulled up to the building there’s just an elevator door to get into the hotel on the 3rd floor. The staff was exceptional and helped us with everything from locations of restaurants, subways, and things to do I would give them an A+ and would recommend this place."
"The hotel has a very convenient location—right outside is the high-speed railway station, and it’s also connected to Metro Line 1. It’s close to several famous attractions in Shanghai. The hotel service is excellent. I left something behind after checking out, and the front desk helped send it to me. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again next time I come to Shanghai."
"Great staff and easy to get to the metro or use DiDi if needed. The property is dated but is clean so no issues. Plenty of options to eat around the hotel with a good mixture of different options of traditional Chinese, Japanese, Korean, French, Bistro and a NYC style deli."
"My stay has been amazing so far! As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a very nice man at the counter. He spoke fantastic English which made the check in process very smooth. He also helped me add on two extra nights to my stay.
The room is top notch. So clean and up to date. Beautiful.
I enjoyed my two complimentary cocktails at the bar. The bartender was so nice and spoke great English as well.
