"From the time we stepped into the hotel the receptionist was so helpful and accommodating to the fact we were 3 hrs early . The bar is very relaxing and spacious the staff couldn’t do enough for you . We had an evening meal which was spectacular. And breakfast what a menu beautiful. "Hotels.com gave wrong information about a room, saying that it slept 3 but was only suitable for two. The receptionist at the hotel was very understanding and was able to move us to a larger room more suitable for us at a slightly extra cost - we were very grateful for this. The rooms were nice and comfortable and breakfast was lovely. The member of staff in the breakfast room as very good with our 6 year old son, chatting to him and asking about his holiday, it made his morning. "

"Stayed one night after a work event in Swansea. Decor is dated and could do with a coat of paint in the rooms. But clean and a perfectly good budget hotel. Breakfast was included in my booking and had the added surprise that I could have it delivered to my room! Would stay again!"

Originally I was looking for a nice hotel for the night as a little treat with my partner.
Due to the Take That performing at Swansea.Com Stadium the same night. Hotel prices were sky high, nearly all had over doubled in price, some asking £400+.
Than out of the blue I find this beauty.....
Absolutely stunning views as far as the eye can see all round. Hot tub was amazing heated by a log burner. Comfortable seating area with a fire pit and bbq. The lake was massive...
"Easy to follow directions regarding checkin-check out. My room (2b) was large, with a big bed, and couch at the foot of the bed facing a TV and the floor to ceiling window. There was also a small dining table with two chairs. The bathroom was spacious with separate shower and bath. Everything worked and was clean. I think good value. The location was perfect, with walkable restaurants and bars close by. "
