Comfortable beds, friendly staff, cell phone chargers provided in room and need room key to elevators, next to Ariake mall, clean hotel all the way around.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Annex
Everything was perfect , except the washing and specially dryers were not working properly. We have to wait 60 minutes and to dry the materials at the end they were not dried at all.

Keio Plaza Hotel Tokyo
Location is very convenient, there is an Airport Limousine bus stop right in front of the entrance. Staff services are awesome. Room is very spacious. There is a 7-11 convence store at the basement level. A subway stop is also very near to the hotel.
