The location of the hotel directly across Shinagawa Station was really great. The staff were also very cordial and helpful. Our room however was small, and it smelled of smoke. the location is at the downtown core. Airport limousine has a bus stop outside the hotel which is very convenient. The breakfast buffet has so many varieties. really enjoy to stay in the hotel.
