"When checking in I mentioned my spacific needs, and he completely ignored them even though availability was there, I had to come back and he finally put me up in a decent room. Sink was completely clogged. Never repaired while I was there. The next morning everyone had to park outside the property. Even being disabled changed nothing. Wasn’t offered any credit or discounts, even though everyone should have been offered at least an apology. "

"For the money the room was very clean for a bed to sleep in and a good clean shower that appears updated. Unfortunately the outside of the building needs help. The sidewalks and elevator were very dirty. A power wash would greatly help and we saw a cat in a window and felt like there are people living in there permanently. No one bothered us though"

"Staff was helpful, bed comfotable, room clean. No toiletries provided except soap. Shutters on window were broken. No coffee-maker in room. Coffee was available in the lobby, but no decaf."

"The furniture and paint were incredibly shop worn & photos completely misrepresented the actual room. The towels were worn and literally ragged and there were no toiletries except one measly thin soap to be used for everything. There was no coffee to be found anywhere or even nearby. It was not the get away I had hoped for, but more like a prison sentence that I had to endure!"

"The property does not have a safe. Someone knocked on my door very early to clean the room, and the electrical outlets were loose."
