"New hotel...excellent location with nearby restaurants and cevahir shopping outlet....welcoming staff...spaceous airconditioned rooms..main issues 2 elevators working only..the other 2 elevators are not in service...lobby without airconditioning...breakfast has good variety but staff could not cope with a big group of tourists"

"This property is nice enough in itself, with good a/c, but the location is not what I was expecting. It's not super far from the airport, but it's also not close to the Black Sea beaches, which I thought it would be. It's also very far from Trabzon, largely because of the heavy traffic, and while there are buses and minibuses, it's confusing to use them, but taxis are not cheap either. The area is very urban and heavily trafficked, but isn't walkable to anything."
