"The booking photos are misleading. The photos on Expedia seemed to portray a full kitchen and a couch. When traveling with 5 people. Room with 2 queens and a sofa works. But that’s not what we got. The staff was extremely helpful though. Upon arrival they were able to get us a new room with a king better and sofa to better support our family of 5. "I called several times to inform the hotel that I would be there for my reservation but I would be late check in and then my flight was delayed so I called again to confirm I would still be there but around 2 am and they assured me several times that it was ok. The date on my room got changed so they sold my room so when I got there at 2am I had no room or place to sleep had to book a room for the night somewhere else at 2am that was extremely frustrating and were rude to me. "The hotel's hallway smelled a bit of smoke but overall it was nice. The rooms were very clean and I love the fact that they have a 2nd sink outside of the bathroom. Makes things easier to get ready with other people sharing a room."
